I'm so glad that two of my good friends have taken up running this fall. We ran the KSU Homecoming 5K this morning. Great weather for Jenny's first race ever and Linsday's first race (since I've known her). No goals for this race--just running with friends for fun. I haven't run at all since last weekend; it was good to get back into it. I felt like I could have sprinted the three miles :) Great job girls--now onto that half :)
