We let Owen have his first "kid" party for his 5th birthday.  We celebrated by going bowling and then for dinner and ice cream.  The boys were great and had a lot of fun.  I'm not sure who the big winner was for bowling since we got out of turn more than once.  I think they all thought their score was the highest.  35 sounds like a lot to a four or five-year-old!  Owen was insistent that they sit at their own table to eat.  We were entertained by the funny stories and tricks:  blowing bubbles in the drinks, eating plain ketchup, fake burping.......
